Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- proficient computer skills including multitasking in several websites and programs
- knowledge of geography and current world events
- satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- ability to obtain necessary membership licenses as required
- availability to work Monday to Saturday with Sundays off
- willingness to participate in training and company-sponsored educational trips
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent a graduate of an accredited travel school preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong customer service orientation
- proficient computer skills including multitasking in several websites and programs
- knowledge of geography and current world events
- ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Job Duties
- craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences including cruises, land tours, flights, hotels, and more
- use personal travel experiences to inspire and guide clients
- build long-term relationships turning first-time clients into loyal travelers
- leverage AAA's established travel strategy to maximize success and achieve sales goals
- provide world-class customer service
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of geography and current world events
- manage multiple computer programs and websites effectively
