Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills including multitasking
- Knowledge of geography and current world events
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment background screenings including criminal, drug, and vendor-specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary membership license as required
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday with no Sundays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales goals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (a graduate of an accredited travel school preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills including multitasking in several websites and programs
- Knowledge of geography and current world events
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
- Passion for travel and learning

- Craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences-cruises, land tours, flights, hotels, and more
- Use your personal travel experiences to inspire and guide clients
- Build long-term relationships, turning first-time clients into loyal travelers
- Leverage AAA's established travel strategy to maximize success and achieve your sales goals
- Participate in expert-led training and coaching to enhance knowledge and skills
- Utilize company-sponsored IATAN cards for exclusive travel discounts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of geography and current world events to better serve clients
