Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, touch, climb, lift, and read for extended periods
  • Must be able to carry loads greater than 35 pounds and transport up to 70 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and limited movement environment
  • Must maintain sanitation, food safety and other food service environment requirements
  • Must be knowledgeable on the use, mixing and storage of chemicals, hazardous products and cleaning materials
  • Excellent attendance with schedule flexibility
  • Follow all call in procedures for absences

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Properly clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
  • Maintain dish room and dish machine
  • Change beverage syrups
  • Maintain all kitchen areas for cleanliness and safety based on Health Department and internal standards
  • Follow call in procedures for attendance
  • Understand chemical usage and safety in food court and back of house
  • Properly store and use small wares and supplies
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies
  • Assess safety hazards and take action
  • Clean kitchen and food storage areas including coolers and dispose of garbage regularly
  • Assist with cleaning other food court areas as requested
  • Complete all daily tasks and duties
