Job Requirements
- Have a smartphone
- ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- open bed pickup truck required
- availability to work part-time night shifts starting at 8 pm
- willingness to work in outdoor conditions
- ability to follow company safety guidelines and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and thoroughness in service delivery
- basic smartphone use proficiency for reporting
- physical fitness to remain on feet for extended periods and carry up to 30 lbs
Job Duties
- Collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps
- transport trash to dumpster locations
- wear and utilize provided personal protective equipment
- take and email daily pictures for reporting purposes
- perform physical activity including walking and stair climbing
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas
- represent the company in a professional and service-oriented manner
