- Have a smartphone
- ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- access to an open bed pickup truck
- available to work part-time starting at 7 pm
- willingness to work night shifts

Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport to dumpster
- take and email pictures for daily reports
- follow safety protocols using provided PPE
- maintain respectful interaction with residents and property
- perform physical tasks including walking stairs and carrying loads up to 30 lbs
- work independently during assigned night shifts
- ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and reliable service
