Job Requirements

Have a smartphone
ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
ability to carry up to 30 lbs
possession of an open bed pickup truck
availability to work night shifts
punctual and dependable
strong self-motivation
excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work part-time night shifts starting at 7 pm
good physical condition to sustain walking and carrying bags
responsible and reliable work ethic
ability to use a smartphone for reporting
basic understanding of safety practices and personal protective equipment use

Job Duties

Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps
transport trash to dumpsters
take and email daily report pictures
maintain respect for community property and residents
work independently and efficiently
follow safety protocols using personal protective equipment
perform physical activity including walking and carrying up to 30 lbs
