Job Requirements

Have a smartphone
Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
Own an open bed pickup truck
Respectful towards community and property
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work night shifts
No previous experience required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in custodial or maintenance roles is a plus but not required
Ability to operate a smartphone and utilize basic technology
Strong physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to carry weights up to 30 lbs
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps
Transport trash bags to dumpsters
Take and email photos for daily reports
Walk up and down stairs regularly
Use provided personal protective equipment
Communicate professionally with community members
Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough work
