Job Requirements

have a smartphone
ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
ability to carry up to 30 lbs
open bed pickup truck (not required but very helpful)
willingness to work night shifts starting at 10 AM
respect for the community and property
ability to work part-time schedule
no prior experience required

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work part-time hours starting at 10 AM
able to carry up to 30 pounds
ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
strong communication skills for reporting and customer interaction
prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
self-motivated and detail-oriented

Job Duties

collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
wear provided personal protective equipment
take and email pictures for daily reports
walk up and down stairs as needed
maintain respect for the community, property, and company
work independently and stay self-motivated
ensure customer satisfaction through thorough work
