Job Requirements

Have a smartphone
Ability to be on feet for at least 2 hours
Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
Willingness to work night shifts
Reliable and punctual
Respectful to community and property
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Job Duties

Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety
Take and email pictures for daily reports
Walk up and down stairs regularly
Maintain professionalism and respect toward residents and property
Work independently during night shifts
Adhere to company policies and customer service standards
