- Have a smartphone
- ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- open bed pickup truck
- part-time availability starting at 7 pm
- commitment to professional conduct
- willingness to use personal protective equipment

- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
- take and email pictures for daily reports
- use provided personal protective equipment
- walk up and down stairs regularly
- work night shifts starting at 7 pm
- maintain respectful interaction with community and property
- ensure thorough and careful trash collection without cutting corners
