Job Requirements

Have a smartphone
Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
Open bed pickup truck
Willingness to work part-time evenings
Ability to follow safety protocols
Professional and respectful demeanor

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior experience required
Ability to work part-time night shifts
Strong communication skills for reporting
Ability to work independently and reliably
Basic smartphone proficiency to take photos and send emails
Commitment to customer satisfaction

Job Duties

Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps
Transport trash to designated dumpsters
Take and email pictures for daily activity reports
Wear personal protective equipment provided
Walk up and down stairs throughout shift
Maintain respectful behavior towards the community and property
Work independently and demonstrate self-motivation
