Job Requirements
- Have a smartphone
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- Access to an open bed pickup truck
- Ability to work night shifts starting at 7 pm
- Commitment to professionalism and service orientation
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and use PPE

Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to designated dumpsters
- Use smartphone to take and email daily report pictures
- Walk up and down stairs to access all apartment doors
- Wear provided personal protective equipment for safety
- Maintain respect for community property and residents
- Work independently during night shift hours
- Represent the company professionally while on duty
