Job Requirements
- Have a smartphone
- Ability to be on feet for 3-5 hours depending on rate
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- Open bed pickup truck
- Ability to work part-time night shifts starting at 8 pm
- No prior experience required
- Professional and respectful demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic smartphone proficiency to take and send photos
- Physical fitness for manual labor
- Prior experience in waste collection or similar work is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
- Wear personal protective equipment as provided
- Take and email pictures for daily reports
- Walk up and down stairs for extended periods
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully in the community
- Communicate and coordinate with management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
