- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- have access to an open bed pickup truck
- availability to work night shifts

Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
- use personal protective equipment during all tasks
- take and email pictures for daily reports
- walk up and down stairs throughout the shift

- ensure thorough and respectful service to residents and the property
