- Have a smartphone
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- Open bed pickup truck
- Willingness to work night shifts starting at 8 pm
- Respectful attitude towards community and property
- Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work part-time night shifts
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Respectful towards the community and property
- Effective communication skills using a smartphone
- Physically able to carry loads up to 30 lbs
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and use of PPE
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
- Use personal protective equipment while performing tasks
- Take and email pictures for daily reports
- Walk up and down stairs and carry loads up to 30 lbs
- Maintain cleanliness and order within assigned properties
- Work independently during night shifts starting at 8 pm
- Represent the company professionally while interacting within the community
