Job Requirements
- Have a smartphone
- ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- open bed pickup truck
- willingness to work night shifts
- ability to follow safety protocols
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required
- ability to use a smartphone for reporting
- good physical condition
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- self-motivated and responsible
- respectful toward community and residents
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps
- transport trash bags to dumpsters
- take and email pictures for daily reports
- walk up and down stairs during shifts
- follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment
- maintain a respectful attitude toward residents and property
- work independently and self-motivate
