Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including walking and climbing stairs
Strong communication skills
Customer service orientation
Availability for evening shifts
Reliable transportation
Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug screening

Job Duties

Collect trash bags from residents' doorsteps
Navigate stairs and property terrain efficiently
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout assigned properties
Represent Ally Waste Services professionally
Communicate effectively with property managers and team members
Adhere to safety procedures and company policies
