Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in similar industry preferred
- Valid USA driver’s license or USA state identification
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance

Job Duties
- Collecting trash and recyclables from designated areas within the facility
- Sorting waste materials according to recycling guidelines and disposing of the appropriately
- Emptying trash bins and replacing lines as needed to prevent overflow
- Monitoring and reporting any issues or hazards related to waste disposal such as spills or leaks
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies
- Using powered equipment such as golf carts, ATV, vacuum cleaners, leaf blowers, and fogging machines
- Assisting in examining the facility for safety hazards and reporting deficiencies to supervisor
