Job Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and auto liability insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to walk and climb stairs for extended periods
- Must possess a personal open bed pickup truck
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to use a smartphone with an active data plan
- Ability to read and write in English
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- Must be conscientious and reliable with a friendly and helpful attitude towards management and residents
- Authorized to work in the United States and willing to be subject to a criminal background check
- Possess a valid Driver's License and ability to operate a motor vehicle in Utah with required auto liability insurance
- Able to physically lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments and various weather conditions
- Capable of ascending or descending stairs and walking for prolonged periods
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Possess a smartphone with an active data plan and location services enabled
Job Duties
- Service door-side removal of bagged apartment residential trash and recycling from kitchen-sized bins and broken down boxes placed next to bins
- Provide residents with replacement recycle liners during service
- Complete photo watches as assigned
- Use onsite equipment to move all trash and recycling materials to dumpsters
- Inspect recycling for contaminations and separate as necessary
- Educate residents on the service through courtesy compliance notes
- Clock in and out and document any compliance issues using the company app
- Other duties as assigned
