- ability to travel between multiple apartment sites in Salt Lake County
- personal open-bed pickup truck for select sites
- physical ability to perform maintenance tasks
- adhere to safety protocols
- valid driver’s license
- pass background check
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
- basic knowledge of property upkeep
- ability to operate hand and power tools
- good communication skills
- reliable and self-motivated
