- Strong commitment to passenger safety and customer service
Job Duties
- Safely transport passengers from one location to another in accordance with Service Club training and customer service policies and procedures
- Provide a pleasant experience for passengers, respond to their requests, and adapt to their preferences
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading the vehicle
- Ensure vehicle is clean, in good working order, and compliant with safety guidelines
- Use GPS and maps to find the best route to the destination
- Use the Uber phone application to accept ride requests and communicate with passengers and always remain online on the Uber Application during your shift
- Follow all applicable traffic laws, comply with all Uber and Hertz terms and conditions and code of conduct
