Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support certification
- CPR certification
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility
- No prior experience required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, certificate, GED, training, or experience
- Basic Life Support certification
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of body mechanics
- Strong physical ability
Job Duties
- Provide safe and efficient transfer/transport of patients throughout the organization
- Exemplify the organization’s commitment to exceptional customer service
- Assist patients with mobility and positioning
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff and patients
- Follow established protocols for patient safety and confidentiality
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of transport equipment
- Report any incidents or concerns to supervisory staff
