Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clean driving record
  • Basic computer and smartphone competency
  • Must adhere to Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission hiring guidelines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Previous delivery experience preferred
  • Prior experience in the cannabis industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform daily vehicle inspection to ensure all mechanical and security systems are operational prior to departure
  • Validate all associated paperwork is accurate and the correct inventory is loaded before departure
  • Follow predetermined delivery routes to securely deliver items to authorized recipients
  • Check in periodically with assigned transit supervisor and notify any unscheduled stops or deviations
  • Relay all relevant delivery notes promptly to the Logistics Manager
  • Ensure departmental compliance with internal policies and state laws
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
  • Assist inventory and sales teams as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager
