Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Proficient computer skills including basic knowledge of TMS
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
- Reliable internet connection for remote work

- Prior experience in logistics or transportation support preferred

Job Duties
- Provide drivers with updated instructions, addresses, and appointment times
- Track ETAs, delays, breakdowns, and HOS considerations
- Help drivers resolve road issues quickly and professionally
- Confirm pickup and delivery appointments
- Track loads and provide real-time updates to brokers/shippers
- Verify BOLs, PODs, and ensure the freight matches the bill
- Estimate realistic load/unload times
- Prevent overscheduling and tight back-to-back appointment windows
- Upload all paperwork into the TMS
- Track detention, layover, and TONU opportunities
- Keep clean, accurate load notes
- Send check calls and status updates
- Notify brokers of changes or delays
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with shippers/brokers
