Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • three years of valet parking experience required, one year in a supervisory capacity preferred
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, scheduling, valet, and parking software
  • ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations
  • must be able to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all Team Members, guests, and visitors
  • valid driver license
  • gaming license (process facilitated by the company)

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Upholds and complies within established standards at all times
  • supervises the departmental performance and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures, records, and reports
  • supports the hiring, performance management, training, and Team Member engagement within the department
  • assists with the training of new Team Members on department policies and procedures and monitors performance of all Team Members
  • keeps informed of all new developments within the department and makes recommendations designed to maximize department and company success
  • provides assistance with internal and external guest relations requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • addresses guest and Team Member issues as appropriate
  • assists with parking operations and shuttle services both on-site and off-site for Team Members and guests and communicates payment and pricing
  • assists in coordination and direction of all ride share and taxi programs including staging, pick up areas, and Team Member parking programs
  • reviews all traffic-related communications with Team Members, guests, community, and local law enforcement
  • keeps updated in real-time on all road-related traffic issues and makes recommendations for improvements
  • assists with transportation strategy for large-scale events on property including police detail support and communication plans
  • ensures accuracy and assists with scheduling of all airport-related transfers
  • works with safety as a priority and follows department and company safety standards
  • maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training
  • exhibits respectful consideration of viewpoints, situations, and others
  • places the guest experience and safety at the forefront of every decision
  • performs other duties as assigned
