Job Requirements

  • Must have a Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsement
  • at least one year of bus driving experience
  • proven knowledge of ADA rules and regulations
  • strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts
  • ability to drive shuttle as needed

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • one plus years of supervisory experience managing employees

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations including monitoring and responding to questions and concerns
  • manage a team of up to 20 employees
  • monitor employee rest and lunch breaks and fill in as necessary
  • monitor employee clock in and clock out times
  • manage training and support programs
  • manage attendance reports
  • ensure effective communication during shift changes
  • approve day trades and leave requests
  • participate in disciplinary actions
  • act as a liaison with customer representatives
  • update bus maintenance and vehicle inspections
  • assist with evaluations, incidents, and accident reports
  • assist with driver training
  • demonstrate flexibility and dependability with all shifts
  • drive the shuttle when needed
  • perform other duties as assigned or requested
