Job Requirements
- Must have a Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsement
- at least one year of bus driving experience
- proven knowledge of ADA rules and regulations
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- excellent communication skills
- flexibility to work various shifts
- ability to drive shuttle as needed

- one plus years of supervisory experience managing employees
Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations including monitoring and responding to questions and concerns
- manage a team of up to 20 employees
- monitor employee rest and lunch breaks and fill in as necessary
- monitor employee clock in and clock out times
- manage training and support programs
- manage attendance reports
- ensure effective communication during shift changes
- approve day trades and leave requests
- participate in disciplinary actions
- act as a liaison with customer representatives
- update bus maintenance and vehicle inspections
- assist with evaluations, incidents, and accident reports
- assist with driver training
- demonstrate flexibility and dependability with all shifts
- drive the shuttle when needed
- perform other duties as assigned or requested
