Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years related experience and/or training
  • CDL License Class A or B
  • ability to pass local, state, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection background checks and obtain ID
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • ability to work in inclement weather conditions
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Manage transportation movements between the facility and airfield according to customer and operational needs
  • ensure all catering is transported adhering to SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality assurance programs
  • manage a team of dispatchers responsible for coordinating truck movements and providing updates on timings and delays
  • maintain fleet of catering trucks for performance, appearance, and operational readiness
  • schedule drivers and dispatchers ensuring correct coverage including days off and rest periods
  • implement and maintain safety audit programs with root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
