Job Requirements
- Two-year supervisor experience required
- Management experience preferred
- Experience in hotel check-out/check-in process
- Experience with transportation logistics preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Microsoft Teams and OneNote experience desirable
- Knowledge of a hotel property management system preferred
- Infor experience desirable
- Texas Driver's License with good driving record required
- Over 21 years of age for vehicle driving insurance purposes

Job Duties
- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training, coaching, discipline and conducting performance appraisals for direct and indirect reports
- Creating schedules and approving employees' time, time off and shift changes
- Assign, train, support and direct staff for maximum efficiency and performance while maintaining property policy and standards
- Coach, develop and provide feedback to staff for growth in current and future positions
- Oversee logistical operations of intra-campus shuttle services and coordinate movement of supplies
- Serve as primary contact with transportation service providers ensuring compliance and resolving issues
- Design and oversee processes for smooth guest arrival and departure minimizing delays and congestion
- Ensure all transportation vehicles and equipment are maintained and inspected for safety and compliance
