Job Requirements

  • Two-year supervisor experience required
  • Management experience preferred
  • Experience in hotel check-out/check-in process
  • Experience with transportation logistics preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams and OneNote experience desirable
  • Knowledge of a hotel property management system preferred
  • Infor experience desirable
  • Texas Driver's License with good driving record required
  • Over 21 years of age for vehicle driving insurance purposes

Job Duties

  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training, coaching, discipline and conducting performance appraisals for direct and indirect reports
  • Creating schedules and approving employees' time, time off and shift changes
  • Assign, train, support and direct staff for maximum efficiency and performance while maintaining property policy and standards
  • Coach, develop and provide feedback to staff for growth in current and future positions
  • Oversee logistical operations of intra-campus shuttle services and coordinate movement of supplies
  • Serve as primary contact with transportation service providers ensuring compliance and resolving issues
  • Design and oversee processes for smooth guest arrival and departure minimizing delays and congestion
  • Ensure all transportation vehicles and equipment are maintained and inspected for safety and compliance
