Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- experience in a customer service environment
- current, valid and clean driver’s license
- minimum 21 years of age
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests and staff
- customer-service and detail-oriented

Job Duties
- Provides timely transportation for residents
- follows all driving rules and laws set forth by local, state and federal agencies and MHKY campus
- acts as a backup at the concierge desk
- schedules transportation services
- submits work order requests
- makes reservations for events
- answers outside calls
- monitors emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours
- performs other duties as assigned
