Job Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- one year of experience in guest services and/or dealing with the general public
- ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver's License
- Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement preferred
- must pass a stringent background investigation
- must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, balancing, and walking
- willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to communicate effectively orally
- punctuality and regular attendance are essential
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year of experience in guest services or dealing with the general public
- ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- knowledge of vehicle operation and air brake systems
- knowledge of Albuquerque streets, roads, and airport locations
- excellent guest service skills
- understanding of hazards and safety practices related to vehicle operation
- knowledge of operations, services, and promotions of resort, casino, and transportation programs
- ability to drive in adverse weather conditions
- ability to maintain and update certifications
- ability to respond to public inquiries
Job Duties
- Deliver the highest level of service while interacting with guests, peers, and other employees
- travel to assigned destinations transporting guests to and from the casino, resort, airport, and other approved destinations
- complete pre-inspection and document vehicle condition prior to departure
- communicate effectively with dispatcher and acknowledge all instructions
- comply with department operational procedures and traffic regulations
- assist passengers and their baggage including loading and unloading
- report delays, incidents, traffic citations, and accidents promptly
- advise passengers on safety requirements and maintain order in vehicles
- regulate heating, lighting, and ventilation systems for passenger comfort
- make minor repairs or replacements to vehicles and change tires if needed
- maintain cleanliness of vehicles
- build professional relationships with internal and external contacts while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- adhere to punctuality and attendance policies
