Job Requirements
- Must maintain a valid Indiana driver's license
- Maintain a good driving record
- Commercial driver’s license if applicable
- Two years of full-time verifiable driving experience in a similar vehicle
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Current chauffeur's license or license for hire
- No more than two moving traffic violations in the past 36 months
- No DUI conviction in the past five years
- Must have no positive drug or alcohol test when tested
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Sufficient hearing to hear conversational voice
- Present a clean and well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Coordinate transportation for residents to and from appointments and other outside events and destinations
- Communicate scheduled appointments to management and staff
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities
- Address and resolve transportation-related issues as they arise
- Operate passenger vans or buses safely
- Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
