Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to satisfactorily perform essential duties
reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities
maintain physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods
availability to report to work daily and off hours in event of emergency incident
pass a pre-employment drug screening
acceptable background check results

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
associates or bachelors degree in related field preferred
knowledge and understanding of data management, data analytics capability, data visualization
excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills
ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles
agile development experience

Job Duties

ensure all transportation activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently
maintain proper communication with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to determine their needs and priorities
schedule and coordinate transportation activities based on the needs of the client and the availability of vehicles
ensure that all applicable regulations and laws are complied with regarding transportation operations
track and monitor shipments using transportation management systems
address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to transportation
maintain accurate records of all transportation operations and transactions, including billing and invoicing
manage and maintain relationships with carriers, including negotiating rates, terms, and service level agreements
identify potential cost savings and process efficiencies in the transportation network
