Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- less than 1 year relevant work experience
- licensure as Emergency Medical Technician Basic or equivalent
- ability to communicate efficiently and courteously in emergencies
- proficiency with advanced communication systems
- availability to work 12-hour shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am or 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
- strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- capability to work under pressure
- commitment to upholding safety and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- relevant work experience less than 1 year
- licensure as Emergency Medical Technician Basic or other licensure
- demonstrates intermediate listening skills
- ability to make multiple decisions simultaneously
- basic proficiency in emergency management
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Performs and documents safe, efficient and accurate flight coordination
- understands the operations and applications of all communication equipment
- communicates information and emergency notification to customers in an efficient, concise and courteous manner
- works with advanced communication systems
- practices continuous professional development and excellent customer service
- provides proactive operational support of the department
- may perform additional duties as assigned
