Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of general office experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • AS400 experience preferred
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Ability to work the required schedule
  • Ability to work at the specific location required
  • Completion of Penske employment application
  • Submission to background investigation including past employment, education, and criminal history
  • Submission to drug screening

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain pallet tracking and audit driver logs and trip reports
  • Track DOT requirements for logs and driver files
  • Liaise with internal customers for support
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, billing, database maintenance and reporting
  • Maintain and distribute route books and assist with driver coverage
  • Prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality
  • Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
