Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of general office experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- AS400 experience preferred
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Ability to work the required schedule
- Ability to work at the specific location required
- Completion of Penske employment application
- Submission to background investigation including past employment, education, and criminal history
- Submission to drug screening

Job Duties
- Maintain pallet tracking and audit driver logs and trip reports
- Track DOT requirements for logs and driver files
- Liaise with internal customers for support
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, billing, database maintenance and reporting
- Maintain and distribute route books and assist with driver coverage
- Prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality
- Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
