Job Requirements
- Eighth grade education minimum
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Clean driver history with no garnishments or citations
- Massachusetts Drivers License
- CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to assist residents physically when entering or exiting vehicles

Job Duties
- Provide safe and courteous transportation to residents for special events, medical appointments, and field trips
- Assist residents when entering and exiting vehicles, including support at medical appointment waiting areas
- Coordinate transportation schedules with reception and security staff for efficient service
- Maintain logs of mileage, times, and residents transported
- Perform routine safety and maintenance checks on vehicles and ensure cleanliness
- Communicate any mechanical problems or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly
- Represent the community positively when interacting with residents, families, and staff
