Job Requirements
- hold a valid and active driver’s license
- have a high school or equivalent diploma
- be 21 years or older
- can lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- work 40 hours per week and overtime as required
- work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
Job Qualifications
- hold a valid and active driver’s license

- excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- experience building strong relationships with colleagues and vendors
- class A commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- completion of Career Choice CDL course
Job Duties
- make safety a priority by adhering to company rules and regulations
- perform various functions within the yard and support site operations teams
- be professionally trained to operate commercial motor vehicles on non-public roads
- learn and comply with Department of Transportation regulations
- complete driver vehicle inspection reports
- follow hostler and delivery schedules and record work hours
- support the business by serving as a peer trainer and working at nearby sites
- drive, maneuver, and load/unload trucks using approved equipment
