Job Requirements
- Generate revenue with a personal drive to exceed monthly revenue expectations
- act instinctively to achieve objectives without direct supervision
- highly motivated and self-driven to generate leads
- work independently to identify and develop sales opportunities
- manage sales pipeline
- develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calls, email, and networking
- demonstrate in-depth industry knowledge to respond promptly to customer needs
- manage urgent customer and management requests timely
- negotiate effectively and create customer RFQ proposals
- willing to travel as required
- some after hours or weekend work required
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years international and domestic logistics and cargo transportation sales experience
- outside business-to-business sales experience highly preferred
- established presence in the marketplace preferred
- proven sales track record in business development
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- entrepreneurial spirit
Job Duties
- Generate sales and develop leads driving department growth

- manage a profitable book of business

- develop and maintain a detailed sales pipeline via CRM
