Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an executive driver and/or in event security
  • current or previous law enforcement experience
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
  • proven experience in security operations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • ability to travel as needed for events
  • flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Utilize advanced route planning tactics, real-time traffic data, and other sources to ensure safe and efficient travel routes for high-level events and meetings
  • support the Global Security Team in developing and implementing initiatives for vehicle fleet management, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency
  • maintain a high level of discretion regarding VIP activities and conversations
  • assist in conducting thorough security assessments for event venues and surrounding areas to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
  • implement security plans and protocols to ensure the safety of attendees during events
  • work closely with event organizers, law enforcement, and other security personnel to manage security operations effectively
  • respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
  • provide security and operational support for executives and clients during events, including risk mitigation and crisis response
  • maintain a visible security presence to deter potential threats
  • prepare post-event security reports and provide recommendations for future improvements
