Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED
- minimum of 4 years of experience as an executive driver and/or in event security
- current or previous law enforcement experience
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- proven experience in security operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- ability to travel as needed for events
- flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Utilize advanced route planning tactics, real-time traffic data, and other sources to ensure safe and efficient travel routes for high-level events and meetings
- support the Global Security Team in developing and implementing initiatives for vehicle fleet management, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency
- maintain a high level of discretion regarding VIP activities and conversations
- assist in conducting thorough security assessments for event venues and surrounding areas to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- implement security plans and protocols to ensure the safety of attendees during events
- work closely with event organizers, law enforcement, and other security personnel to manage security operations effectively
- respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- provide security and operational support for executives and clients during events, including risk mitigation and crisis response
- maintain a visible security presence to deter potential threats
- prepare post-event security reports and provide recommendations for future improvements
