Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience
- At least 5 years’ experience working with FHWA
- Strong knowledge of FHWA structure, procurement, and market
- Proven business development and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Ability to travel
- Commitment to safety, ethics, and integrity
Job Qualifications
- Experience with winning and delivering work with FHWA preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capability in people and business management
- Strong communication skills including presentation, written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, strategic planning and project implementation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build lasting relationships
- Ability to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years focused on FHWA in multi-disciplinary environments
Job Duties
- Develop and execute the Stantec FHWA Account strategy
- Engage FHWA leadership to understand business and teaming opportunities
- Monitor client satisfaction and position Stantec for success
- Collaborate with Business Line Leaders and Regional Leaders to pursue FHWA work
- Manage marketing and business development plans to achieve growth targets
- Lead strategy setting for FHWA business for the next five years
- Represent Stantec in outreach efforts and professional organizations linked to FHWA
