Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in communications marketing hospitality social services or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a professional setting required
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Must be highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new technologies as needed
  • Passion for working with older adults

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for new and current residents providing concierge-style assistance regarding wellness services community resources and support programs
  • Develop and maintain new resident orientation checklists and ensure all new residents follow a comprehensive and consistent process
  • Orient all new residents to the community including policy review and sign-off and ensuring completion of new resident orientation
  • Orient new assisted living residents to Holbrook including policy review and sign-off and ensuring completion of new resident orientation
  • Provide guidance to family members through transitions from Independent Living to Assisted Living or Memory Care
  • Maintain regular and ongoing relationships with residents and families to discuss needs or concerns and mediate issues that may arise between resident family staff
  • Support the assisted living admissions process including inquiries and tours
  • Serve as the front-line service representative for Independent and Assisted Living Residents directing resident concerns to appropriate department heads and monitor concerns to resolution
  • Provide admissions functions through the Interdisciplinary Team utilization review and Transition Team process
  • Facilitate transitions team meetings
