Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in superyacht or luxury household service
- valid work authorization for the US
- ability to perform physical labor including cleaning and service tasks
- flexibility to work various schedules including weekends and holidays
- excellent command of English
- reliable transportation for attendance at work sites
Job Qualifications
- experience as chief steward, solo steward, purser or similar yacht service roles
- proven ability to manage household staff and operations
- excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
- skilled in beverage and table service
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- professional demeanor and discretion
Job Duties
- perform meticulous hands-on cleaning and daily service
- elevate existing household standards and train junior staff
- execute professional beverage service including mixing cocktails and wine service
- create beautiful tablescapes and service presentations
- manage household operations efficiently
- maintain high standards of discretion and professionalism
- oversee inventory and supplies management
