Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in administrative roles preferred
  • ability to work full time in a non-management capacity
  • capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods
  • adherence to company dress code and professional appearance guidelines
  • willingness to follow all company policies and safety procedures
  • excellent communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support across various hotel departments
  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • act as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • support event planning processes from pre-event to post-event
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • maintain professional appearance and effective communication
  • report accidents and unsafe work conditions to manager
