Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in administrative roles preferred
- ability to work full time in a non-management capacity
- capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods
- adherence to company dress code and professional appearance guidelines
- willingness to follow all company policies and safety procedures
- excellent communication skills in English

Job Duties
- provide administrative support across various hotel departments
- prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- act as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- support event planning processes from pre-event to post-event
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- maintain professional appearance and effective communication
- report accidents and unsafe work conditions to manager
