Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of undergraduate studies in travel-related fields or equivalent practical experience
- relevant experience with cruise line logistics, embarkation or debarkation, hotel operations, ground transportation, or excursion coordination
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- exceptional organizational skills
- detail-oriented with high accuracy under pressure
- strong knowledge of global geography
- passionate commitment to extraordinary customer experiences
- superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- professional and polished client-facing communication style
- quick adaptability to policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Actively request transfer inventory from designated ground operators, expertly input data into reservation system, swiftly adapt to updates
- meticulously review and ensure transfer-related content accuracy and brand alignment
- serve as trusted expert for Sales team providing precise transfer information
- conduct audits of transfer utilization and participation to identify revenue opportunities and manage risks
- efficiently manage reservations, maintain cost efficiency, ensure accuracy in guest communications
- prepare and distribute transfer manifests and comprehensive reports with logistics and tailored descriptions
- regularly identify service enhancements and recommend improvements
