Job Duties

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of Fleet Feet training programs and running clubs
  • Communicate with participants, coaches, and volunteers about schedules, updates, and program milestones
  • Ensure all training events are set up properly and create a warm, inclusive environment for all attendees
  • Track attendance, feedback, and participant progress to enhance program quality
  • Help manage volunteer and coach schedules to ensure sessions are well-supported
  • Provide on-site support at training sessions, including check-in, hydration stations, and warm-ups
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow program visibility and participation
  • Stay connected to the customer experience by working in-store weekly and sharing program updates with staff and customers
