Job Duties
- Assist with the coordination and execution of Fleet Feet training programs and running clubs
- Communicate with participants, coaches, and volunteers about schedules, updates, and program milestones
- Ensure all training events are set up properly and create a warm, inclusive environment for all attendees
- Track attendance, feedback, and participant progress to enhance program quality
- Help manage volunteer and coach schedules to ensure sessions are well-supported
- Provide on-site support at training sessions, including check-in, hydration stations, and warm-ups
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow program visibility and participation
- Stay connected to the customer experience by working in-store weekly and sharing program updates with staff and customers
