Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years managing and coordinating complex projects related to training
- Efficient in utilizing MS and Google suite applications
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Highly organized, with experience working under pressure with competing priorities
- Strong team player with experience managing stakeholders
- Required to work onsite in the Sturtevant, WI office 3 days per week
- Occasional global travel required 2-3 times per year

- Efficient in utilizing MS and Google suite applications

- Highly organized, with previous experience working under pressure with competing priorities
- A strong team player with previous experience managing stakeholders
- Familiar to working in a technical training environment (preferred)
- Experience in utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) (preferred)
- M.A. in Educational Technology is a strong asset (preferred)
- Fluency in French (preferred)
- An effective problem solver with attention to details (preferred)
- Can proactively thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced and high-expectation environment (preferred)
Job Duties
- Develop online and in-person instructional content to support dealers onboarding and upskilling processes
- Continuously refine instructor-led training for dealers to improve efficiency and profitability
- Manage vendor partnerships to ensure high-quality training content and smooth operations in both online and physical formats
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support dealer network growth, product launches, engineering, technical documentation, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with instructors and regional teams to ensure the upkeep of global training assets, including equipment and tools
- Align training needs between commercial and technical teams, prioritizing customer satisfaction and content quality while meeting launch deadlines
- Ensure seamless logistics for global training events, including procurement processes and shipping and transportation of vehicles, tools, and parts
- Develop training strategies based on business priorities, locations, and scheduling requirements
- Collaborate with the LMS Product Owner to define and implement training improvements
