Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or related field
- basic computer proficiency
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- commitment to safety and compliance
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- willingness to work standard Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekends
Job Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred (business, engineering)
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- supervisory experience preferred
- good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work well in group situations
- ability to handle conflict maturely and consistently
- good computer skills
- SAP experience preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and implement training programs and materials
- serve as primary resource for all hourly position trainings and update team member qualifications
- assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
- maintain training records in PTVE Learning Management System including attendance, performance, and certification completion
- ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- coordinate with departments to align training with business needs
- continuously improve training programs through industry best practices and feedback
- coordinate trainers with trainees
- support new hire orientation and facilitate sessions
- prepare and distribute trainee packets including training plans
- monitor training performance and skills development programs
- assist with completion of reviews and assessments
- maintain training schedule
- conduct train-the-trainer sessions and maintain trainer qualification program
- review and update SOPs and training documents
- perform other duties as assigned
