Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years security experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and passing MVR
- Site manager and/or training experience
- Ability to work full time in Clarksville TN
Job Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet and maintain any applicable state licensing requirements
- Must possess or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED instructor certification
- Must possess a minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a security organization
- Must possess a minimum of one year of experience in conducting classroom instruction
- Service in military occupational specialty related to law enforcement, security or combat support is preferred
- Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy in law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in protective service, business, or related field is valued
- A minimum of eight years of active service in any military branch is considered an asset
- Associate’s degree in criminal justice with military service is also beneficial
- Two years of verifiable data center security experience
- Three years of verifiable private/corporate security experience
Job Duties
- Plan, conduct and evaluate training, drills, and exercises to maintain or improve officer proficiency and readiness
- Routinely measure and assess the effectiveness of training being conducted to ensure expectations and contractual obligations are being met
- Work collaboratively with data center security managers and security operations center managers to establish and conduct ongoing training events
- Lead, coach, coordinate, and document local security training initiatives including new hire onboarding, ongoing and refresher training
- Manage and continually assess a team of Field Training Officers to ensure consistent training delivery
- Develop and deliver training direction, methods, resources, and process improvements to maintain operational readiness
- Collaborate with peers at other client locations and with the Global Training Program Manager on training objectives and tools
