Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline
  • proficient use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • effective and active listener
  • strong interpersonal, persuasive, and analytical skills
  • legally authorized to work in the U.S

Job Duties

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions and corporate events including scheduling, venue coordination, catering, technical setup
  • provide customer service support by communicating training information to associates and answering questions
  • assist in creating and updating training materials, including communications, handouts, PowerPoints, eLearning modules, and evaluations
  • collaborate with internal departments and external partners to source resources and manage vendors for events
  • serve as a virtual producer and technical support for virtual meetings on platforms like Teams, including monitoring breakout rooms, controlling polling, and troubleshooting
  • collect feedback and metrics post-event to improve training and event delivery
  • maintain training records in the Learning Management System
  • recommend new approaches and procedures to enhance efficiency of processes and services
  • communicate and champion departmental and company-wide training programs and initiatives
  • serve as backup to all training functions as needed
  • perform other duties as assigned
