Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • proficient use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • effective and active listening skills
  • strong interpersonal, persuasive, and analytical skills
  • legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions and corporate events
  • provide customer service support by communicating training information to associates and answering associate questions
  • assist in creating materials and updating current materials including communications, handouts, PowerPoints, eLearning, and evaluations
  • collaborate with outside departments or external partners to assist with finding resources and coordinating events
  • serve as a virtual producer and technical support for virtual meetings including answering questions, monitoring breakout rooms, controlling polling, and troubleshooting
  • collect feedback and metrics post-event to enable continuous improvement
  • maintain training records for associates and content in the Learning Management System
  • recommend new approaches and procedures to improve efficiency
  • communicate, facilitate, and champion departmental programs and company-wide initiatives
  • serve as backup to all training functions as needed
  • perform all other duties as assigned
